1. Application Procedures

Step 1: Submission of Documents

Email the following to admin@qandm.edu.sg

  • Completed Student Application Form
  • Copy of NRIC (front and back)
  • Copies of educational certificates and transcripts
  • Evidence of work experience (if applying as a mature candidate)

Step 2: Application Review

Your application will be reviewed based on the academic and language requirements of your chosen course. If approved, you will receive an email from our Course Manager with the following documents:

Step 3: Accepting the Offer

Carefully review the Letter of Offer and Student Contract. To confirm your acceptance, sign and return the following via email:

  • Letter of Offer
  • Pre-Course Counselling Form
  • Advisory Note
  • Student Contract

Step 4: Reporting Day and Orientation

  • Full-Time Students: Attendance at the College on Reporting Day is mandatory.
  • Part-Time Students: Classes will be conducted via Zoom. The Zoom link will be emailed 2 days prior to the session.

2. Student Contract

All Private Education Institutions (PEIs) are required to ensure that students enrolled in courses longer than one (1) month to sign an SSG-approved PEI-Student Contract.

3. Fee Protection Fee

Students should ensure that their chosen PEI participates in the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS), which safeguards course fees through insurance from an SSG-approved provider.

At Q & M College of Dentistry, we protect students’ course fees via insurance provided by Great Eastern General Insurance Limited.

  • Fee Protection Company: Great Eastern General Insurance Limited
  • Policy Number: 2024-A5387526-FPS
  • Period of Insurance: 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025

4. Registered with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)

All Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in Singapore must be registered with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). This registration ensures that PEIs meet stringent requirements in corporate governance, quality standards, and transparency of information. Q & M College of Dentistry was first registered under the Enhanced Registration Framework on 19 May 2010. For more details on courses registered with SSG , click HERE.

5. Modes of Payment

We provide the following options for school fee payment. Please select the one that suits you best:

6. Student and Graduate Outcomes
