Learning Objectives for implant segment:

1. Understand the science behind implant dentistry.
2. Perform systematic examination and diagnosis, and exercise sound case selection.
3. Understand and perform the step-by-step procedures from prosthodontically-driven treatment planning to delivery of single implant replacement.

4. Recognise complications of implant dentistry.

 

Average teacher-student ratio of 1:20 (for lecture), 1:5 (clinical supervision)

Assessment: 

A)Clinical case requirement: 2 cases of implant surgery & restoration
