Christina started as a part-time dental assistant in Q&M Dental Group amidst her studies. After she graduated from Temasek Polytechnic, she was promoted to clinic-in-charge. In 2009, under the guidance of the Q & M management, Christina headed a team of dental assistants at the first Q&M Dental Centre at City Square Mall. She furthered her learning by undertaking a part-time course in bachelor of Commerce. It is natural that she became appointed the course manager for the Q&M College of Dentistry, to handle the administrative duties, as well as oversee the training programs for dental assistants in 2020.
